Access to the 8,400 square foot venue + Detached Chapel for up to 16 hours
Super convenient location-only 5 miles from downtown Mckinney, and very close to many hotels, bed + breakfasts, shopping and 1 mile from Buc-ees.

Full Set Up/Decorate & Clean Up
- We will take care of absolutely everything for you, so you and your families can truly enjoy your day! We will set up the venue, put linens on the tables, place any other decorations that you bring in for tables. You do not clean or pick up vendor items at the end of the night. You take your personal belonging and we will take care of the rest.
Free Extra morning hours (8am-12pm) for vendor set up & HAMU in bridal suite ($900 value)
Free photo ring ($550 Value given for free in the package)
Free full lounge set up with one couch, two chairs, a rug and coffee table ($850Value given for free in the package)
Free bride and groom head table chairs, free access to all signs + chalk boards+tables numbers

Ceremony Arch, Welcome Table Arrangement, 6 Cocktail Tables, Receptions Arrangements, Bride + 6 Bridesmaids Bouquets, Boutonnières for the Groom + 6 Groomsmen, Family + Usher Boutonnières and wristlets.
Includes Full Floral Set-Up and end-of night strike

*We allow up to (2) vendors to be removed with a deduction off total!

Expecting more guests than 100?

You can still do the All-Inclusive Package!

More guests can be added for additional food, cake, extra bartenders+servers and floral fees

Additional fee per person for extra food starts at $17.50+tax, cake starts at $6+tax, and prices vary for extra floral center pieces for additional tables. Additional Bartenders & Servers may be needed for every additional 50 people or so. Any overages will be paid directly to vendors.
